Jim Donovan brings 12 years of consumer lending experience to the company,
gained in a variety of management roles. Prior to forming Your Tuition Solution™,
he held the position of Director of Credit and Banking at Capital One
Financial/AmeriFee, LLC, the nation’s leading provider of elective medical
procedure financing. Donovan holds an Undergraduate degree in International
Relations from Stonehill College and a Graduate degree from Boston College.
Jim is an active member of the New England Retail Lenders Association.

Michael Donovan is responsible for Your Tuition Solution’s Information Technology.
Prior to forming Your Tuition Solution, Donovan was the Manager of Application
Services at Capital One Financial/AmeriFee, LLC, responsible for all aspects
of the software development lifecycle. In addition to his IT experience, his
seven years at AmeriFee included first-hand experience working with customers
in both operations and sales positions. Donovan holds a Bachelor of Arts in
History from Providence College and certificates in software and database
development from Boston University. |

Michael Gilroy brings 25 years of sales, marketing and business development
experience to the company, gained in positions at Corning Inc., Costar Inc,
Dentsply International, and most recently Capital One Financial/AmeriFee, LLC.
In his most recent position, Gilroy was the Director of Marketing for AmeriFee.
He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science
in Pre-Professional Studies and received his MBA from the Kellogg School of
Management at Northwestern University.
